Are you a provider or other organization supporting an Indiana county affected by recent storms, tornadoes, or flooding? The IIDC is assisting the Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in collecting information on ongoing needs noted by disability advocacy organizations across the Hoosier State.

Examples include accessible housing, transportation, assistive technology, personal assistance, continuity of services, and access to disaster assistance.

Please send information to [email protected]. For each example, please include the location, who is affected, who reported it, what has already been tried, and what help is needed. Preliminary information is also acceptable, as are approaches that are working well.

Information will be shared with the OIDD in an effort to help focus future actions and support, as needed. Thank you for your assistance and input on this important topic.
