August 10. It’s National S’mores Day.

A toasted marshmallow put on a piece of chocolate and squished between two graham crackers.

Whether you like your marshmallow like I do, lightly toasted. Barely warm. Just warm enough to melt into the chocolate.

Traditionally, you would toast your marshmallow over an open fire. I have done it in the fireplace, even over the gas stove burner.

What’s the most unusual way you have toasted marshmallows?

I know last year a few of you said you had never had a S’more. Have you since?
