The BCGS Ensemble is preparing for a busy schedule of Holiday performances. Here is a look at our upcoming schedule -

Dec. 3: Bedford, In. - Private event
Dec. 4: Bloomington, In. - Private event
Dec. 7: Indianapolis Arts Garden 7:00 pm - open to the public
Dec. 10: Bloomington In. - Private event
Dec. 11: Bloomington In. - private event
Dec. 13: 1st. Presbyterian Church Martinsville In. 1:00 pm - open to the public

We had a great performance last Saturday at the First Presbyterian Church in Martinsville. Our next performance will be at The Arts Garden in downtown Indy on December 7th. Let us know if you have any interest in the Bloomington Classical Guitar Ensemble to perform at your Christmas event. Our schedule fills up pretty quickly.

The Bloomington Classical Guitar Society recently preformed for a private event in Bloomington. We are playing a private event on Friday, August 30 and then we will have two public preformances. We will be preforming at the 1st. Presbyterian Church on September 13 and at the Indy Arts Garden on December 7.

Hello Facebook friends. Please post some pictures of your classical guitar and let us know who the Luthier is and what you enjoy playing. Post videos to our page and we will share with our friends. I will start - the guitar is a Yulong Gao ( # 025 - 2015). I love to study Bach, Sor, Tarrega and others. I enjoy studying with the BCGS ensemble and our outreach preformances. I also consider myself to be a low level student (not quite intermediate level) but I enjoy the adventure of learning. - Mike Kirsch
