H.E.A.L Foundation Heroes Embracing Autistic Lives
Founded by Jon Miskulin (age 15)
Bloomington, IL "Everyone has unique qualities and special abilities. Since forming the H.E.A.L.

We don't want to cure autism: we want to embrace those living with it." Jon Miskulin has Asperger's, a type of autism. But don't think of him as someone with a disability. He would rather you consider the opposite-he has extraordinary abilities. In fact, he can show you his superpowers! Jon's story is one of hope, inspiration, and perspective. He speaks from his early days and diagnosis, to self-d

iscovery and the epiphany of his mission. Jon shares with others (on and off the spectrum) about how they too can embrace their unique qualities and unleash their superpowers. His message is one of social acceptance and embracing diversity. He has shared his story with small groups and large audiences. Foundation, Jon has been asked to speak to public schools, summer camps, social, religious and civic organizations. Jon Michael Miskulin 1993 - 2013 Forever in our hearts.
