This Sunday, we were reminded that love always goes first - and that we’re called to show up for others. This week, choose one person or place where you can offer love that acts: a neighbor on your mind, a coworker who’s overwhelmed, someone who feels forgotten, or a ministry that needs willing hands. Then do one concrete thing - a call, a note, a meal, a visit, a prayer, a moment of listening. When we show up, Christ shows up and hope becomes visible.

FCC’s Community Connections Ministry helps our church introduce itself to our Bloomington neighbors through participation at community events such as Pride, Taste of Bloomington, Downtown Trick or Treat, and more! The Connections Ministry would love to grow to include new team members!

A call-out meeting is planned for Tuesday, June 16 at 6:00 p.m. in the Fireside Study. Join us for the meeting if you would like to explore serving with the Community Connections team!
