Self Advocates of Monroe County

Self Advocates of Monroe County Non Profit Organization Self Advocate of Monroe County is a local chapter that is part of a nationally recognized organization.

We're a group of individuals that try to create a presence in the legislative processes. We attend councils, meetings, and conferences in order to be a voice for those with developmental disabilities. We have fundraisers in order to send members of our group to conferences out of town so they can bring back information and learn new and progressive ideas that we can implement in our community.
