We need your help to round out our casting for our Night of One Acts! Here are the open roles:
"The 21st Century Canterville Ghost":
About the Play
A family sets out to make a new life for themselves in a unique home and quickly realize the ghost that inhabits the mansion is not going to make that easy for them.
Character:
Washington a young man (early 20s) set on proving that he has the answer to all of his family's problems. This role will double with another part, Timmy/Tommy, being split amongst another actor as a set of mischievous twins never quite content with what was going on with the ghost situation in the home.
"The Last Beatles Concert":
About the Play
Set over two days in May 1970, *The Last Beatles’ Concert* follows a group of college-age friends and roommates as they reunite when a friend returns home from Vietnam. As the reunion unfolds, their beliefs, relationships, and ideas about the world begin to collide.
Characters
Corey, Early 20s - Self-conscious young activist. Idealistic, sarcastic, sensitive.
Fran, Early 20s - Conventional, comfortably middle-class young woman. Caring, loyal, practical.
William, Early 20s - Young intellectual more drawn to ideas than activism. Thoughtful, analytical, curious.
Scott, Early 20s - Returning Vietnam soldier. Withdrawn, vulnerable, emotionally shaken.
