National partners include the Boys & Girls Club, Girls Inc, March of Dimes, YMCA, and many more. To become a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP), you have to take nonprofit classes, meet our competencies, complete

Check out this summer opportunity!

"EmpowHER: A BA Women Initiative is an 8-week summer program in Washington DC designed to supercharge women's professional portfolio to help them take their next professional steps. This year we'll be accepting 40 progressive women (college juniors, seniors, or graduate students) into the program. The tuition for the program is $6000, but we'll be awarding a number of full and partial scholarships as well as awarding 15 summer stipends of $5000 to support the cost of living in DC this summer while a program participant interns. Applications are open now and close March 31. http://www.empowherwomen.org/"

EmpowHER is an 8-week summer program for progressive women based in Washington, D.C. designed to support them during internships in public service.

UPCOMING VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY

"The 9th Annual 100 Men Who Cook on Saturday, February 23rd, is something that isn’t like regular volunteer opportunities. It is an event with roughly 600+ of the most notable and respected business/lawyers/doctors leaders in the whole region to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Central Indiana. It is also a great opportunity to network a little bit with these professionals while also working to get volunteer hours in."

Available Shifts:
3:30-6:30pm (helping with chefs, checking people in, showing guest tables, etc.)
5:45-9:30pm (Main event time; great guest, make sure event room is looking good, direct guest throughout event, keep tables clean throughout, if volunteers can help with clean-up it is greatly appreciated)
9:15-10:30pm (Helping guest clear out, helping chefs clean/pack-up, event breakdown, etc., as long as there are enough hands, we should be out of there before 10:30pm)
