Thank you, Marsha, at Trollhaugen Troll for working day and night to bring skiing and boarding to the masses.

Trollhaugen, Wisconsin, has become a park mecca of the Midwest and beyond. The resort's marketing director, Marsha Hovey, is a big believer that affordable riding isn't gone, it's just under-represented. Here's why she's right.

Not only is it "National Bike" month but this week is also “National EMS WEEK"

This is the time that we thank and celebrate all that keep the hills and trails safe, respond for a request for help, and do it without questions.

This week while on the trails you see National Ski Patrol System Inc member, say thanks for keeping your ride SAFE!

Looking for “One More” day?

There is! However, there’s a catch, read on…

📢 The thermometer might be hitting 80+ degrees this week, but we will be shredding in the Welch Village Terrain Park in just a few short days! The Slush Park will be open from 11am-3pm on Saturday, April 25th, and the weather is looking absolutely primo! Bring your sunscreen! 🌴😎❄️🔥

Important capacity update: In order to provide the best experience possible with the current size of our glacier, we have decided to make the Slush Park event exclusive to our unlimited Welch Village Season Pass Holders only. Welch Village Pass Holders must present their physical pass card at our Main Chalet ticket windows to obtain their lift ticket upon arrival (same process as during the regular season), and no online reservations will be needed. There will be no additional charge to our unlimited Passholders for this event. 👊

Some additional important event information below:

-As of right now, it’s looking very promising for us to be able to run a portion of the Rope Tow for the event. In the event that our Rope Tow cannot be used due to lower than expected snow levels, we plan to offer a hike park. Stay tuned!

-Since we will only have snow in the Terrain Park, guests will need to hike from the Base Area to the top of the Terrain Park to access the slope. Only guests who obtain a lift ticket for the day are allowed to hike to the Terrain Park. There will not be a spectator area for this event. Expect potentially muddy conditions on your way up to the park. 🤙

-Our Main Chalet will be closed for the event, and there will not be food or beverage available. Guests are encouraged to pack a lunch/water if they need it. As a reminder, Welch Village does not allow carry on alcohol, etc.
