🏆 Congratulations to Jeff Quyle, recipient of the 2026 Indiana Uplands Becky Skillman Regional Leadership Award!

For more than a decade, Jeff has served as president and CEO of Radius Indiana, helping unite communities, businesses, local leaders, and economic development partners around a shared vision for Southern Indiana.

From workforce attraction and downtown revitalization to Make My Move and the Monon South Trail, Jeff's leadership has helped strengthen communities and advance regional collaboration across the Indiana Uplands.

As Jeff noted in accepting the award, "Regionalism is a dynamic activity. It requires a lot of give and take, conversation and compromise, and willingness to support the success of neighbors as much as our own success."

Did you know this year marks ROI's 10th anniversary?

For the past decade, ROI has brought together leaders, educators, employers, community organizations, and regional partners to advance economic and community prosperity across the Indiana Uplands. Today's Annual Report to the Region continued that tradition, bringing together stakeholders from across the region to reflect on progress, celebrate achievements, and explore what's next.

From industry trends to community solutions, today's conversations at our Annual Report to the Region have focused on what's next for the Indiana Uplands. 💡

This morning, industry leaders shared their perspectives on trends impacting the region's life sciences, advanced manufacturing, and national security and defense sectors before attendees joined breakout sessions focused on workforce development, education, child care, arts and culture, quality of place, and economic opportunity.

Just as important are the conversations happening between sessions, where educators, employers, community leaders, and regional partners are exchanging ideas, building relationships, and exploring new opportunities for collaboration.

Together, these discussions are helping shape a stronger future for the Indiana Uplands.

Today's the day! ⭐ ROI's Annual Report to the Region is officially kicking off at French Lick Resort!

ROI President and CEO Tina Peterson started the day by sharing stories of success and the innovative strategies driving growth in education, workforce development, and quality of place across the Indiana Uplands.

The weather may be gloomy outside, but the conversations inside are bright as we celebrate the projects, partnerships, and people helping move the Indiana Uplands toward a more prosperous future.

Congratulations to IU Health Paoli Hospital and its newest healthcare apprentices! 🏥

We're excited to see three students begin their healthcare careers through the Indiana Career Apprenticeship Pathway (INCAP), gaining valuable hands-on experience while earning their high school diplomas.

In addition to facilitating UpSkill Work & Learn, a modern youth apprenticeship program, ROI serves as the Indiana Uplands regional connector for INCAP, helping connect students, schools, and employers to meaningful career-connected learning opportunities in high-demand fields like healthcare.

We're grateful for partners like IU Health Paoli Hospital that are helping students build skills, explore careers, and strengthen the future workforce of the Indiana Uplands.
