4th Street was approved to stay for 2026. With more public discussion to go forward to be reviewed in October 2026 whether to allow us to stay on 4th Street or move to another location in the future.

CALL TO ACTION: ***edited Jan 13th: To the concerned artist awaiting to apply to our show, we are preparing the application and will post as soon as we have everything confirmed, hopefully next week.

The City of Bloomington is holding a meeting Tuesday to vote to move all festivals with over 1,000 attendees from their original locations to Kirkwood Ave. This will include 4th Street Festival.
If passed, 4th Street will have to move next year.
This is our 50th anniversary. If you would like to voice your opinion to the city of Bloomington this Tuesday, come to the meeting wearing your 4th Street tshirt and let the city know how you feel about moving our beloved 50 year tradition.
***Board of Public Works Meeting Tuesday, January 13th 5:30 – 7:00pm where the City will vote on their festival location requirement. Even if you don't speak, your power will be in our numbers.
