The McLean County Foster Care Coalition The coalition was formed as a collaborative effort to recruit foster home resources. Foster Care is provided to children from infancy through the teen years.

Cooperating agencies are: The Baby Fold, The Center for Youth & Family Solutions, Children's Home+Aid, Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. Foster Care is the placement of children by the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) outside their homes due to abuse, neglect, or dependency. Foster homes are licensed and trained.
