MN Patriot Guard was officially registered later that year, in part at the request of local donors, to keep funds within the state. Minnesota has been a leader in forming and organizing as a state branch of the national Patriot Guard Riders organization.

Happy Birthday to the PGR!!! The Patriot Guard Riders were formed in early August 2005 by members of the American Legion Riders Chapter 136 in Kansas. The PGR was officially registered on Feb 21st, 2006. We have been serving our veteran, and first responder brethren for over 20 years now.
