Join us Food for Thought June 5 (12:00-1:30PM) to learn about the lifestyle behaviors that promote brain health and reduce risk of dementia. Kicking off a new, 5-part series, Drew Pickett ( IU School of Public Health- Bloomington) will introduce the FINGER Study, one of the largest and longest research projects on brain health in the world.

Afterward, stick around for our CoDesign Studio (1:30-3:00PM), where we will receive training to become a certified 'Dementia Friend.' Friends aim to make a positive difference in the community by increasing awareness and support for people living with dementia. Training will be led by Jan Bays, a longtime local and national leader in dementia advocacy.

It's summer and we're providing free lunches to children under 18, in these neighborhoods at these times each Monday-Friday until school resumes in August. Children must be present to receive a meal but any child can access food at any of these stops. You don't have to live in the neighborhood where we're serving. No requirements and one meal per person.
