Last night, we conducted our first call-out ceremony of 2026, recognizing twenty new Ordeal candidates. We also recognized Lodge photographer Mason Inman as a candidate for the Vigil Honor. Later in the evening, a Brotherhood ceremony was held for seven campers and staff members who took time out of their week at camp to complete Brotherhood counseling. Thank you to all who helped make our first call-out of the year a success, and congratulations to those who were recognized!

Another Brotherhood Weekend is in the books! Eighty-three Lodge members braved the storms and showers this weekend to help prepare Maumee for the 2026 Summer Camp season. The morning was primarily spent cleaning several buildings around Camp, including the Dining Hall, Ecology Lodge, Quartermaster, Admin, and OA Basement. Other projects included cleaning the OA Memorial Walk and installing some of the new benches at the OA Circle.

During Saturday evening, members had a chance to participate in our first "Maumee Derby" casino night, with several taking home prizes and all enjoying a grand time! We also welcomed two new Ordeal members and had 27 members return to complete their Brotherhood. Thank you to everyone who helped make this weekend a great success! We look forward to seeing you and your units at Summer Camp!

Brotherhood Weekend is only two weeks away, and its already promising to be a great weekend! Sixteen units from all three of our chapters have already had Brotherhood candidates register. If your unit has Brotherhood candidates and is not on this list, please remind them to sign up! Some of the listed units also have a few remaining candidates that we would love to see out at camp this May. As always, non-candidates are just as welcome, and there will be plenty of fun and fellowship to be had between getting camp ready for the summer and the return of our popular casino night! Be sure to register today, and we'll see you in May!
