Registration is now open for Mid Central Community Action's ICDVP-Approved 40-Hour Domestic Violence Training! This comprehensive training is designed for professionals, volunteers, and community members who want to deepen their understanding of domestic violence and learn how to effectively support survivors. Topics include domestic violence dynamics, safety planning, children's issues, legal considerations, cultural humility, and more. Registration closes August 3, 2026, and the training will be held August 10-14 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Do you have a passion for helping individuals and families in crisis? Mid Central Community Action's Countering Domestic Violence Program is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Residential Advocate (2nd Shift) to join our team.

As a Residential Advocate, you'll provide critical support to survivors of domestic violence and their families, helping create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment at Neville House. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, safety planning, emotional support, hotline assistance, client intake services, and working alongside community partners to help survivors access the resources they need.
