📣📣 We are excited to introduce another 2026 Kiwanis Idol judge - Jeff Shew! We first met Jeff during one of his amazing performances with King Bee and The Stingers during the Kiwanis Indiana Balloon Fest. With his background and love for music, it was only fitting to ask him to be part of the panel to help us select the next Kiwanis Idol! 🎶🎤

Grab some friends, bring some lawn chairs and come hungry to support the food trucks at Bloomington Food Truck Friday in Switchyard Park - City of Bloomington, IN. Kiwanis Idol kicks off at 6:00 with winners announced around 7:45. We look forward to seeing everyone in a couple of days! 🙌

Before we headed over to Scottsburg, we went to the awesome parade in Springville Indiana. We handed out activity books at the parade, had a delicious lunch at Holts Cafe, an amazing peach shake-up from Jimmy and capped off the afternoon enjoying the festival. Here’s a few pics from our fun-filled day!

Mayberry Comes to Scottsburg was a huge hit! Thanks to the SCI Kiwanis Club and Vanessa McClary for the suggestion and ticket to Andy Griffith’s 100th Birthday Celebration! We were able to meet Dixie Griffith (Andy’s daughter), Ernest T Bass Review, Karen Knotts (Don Knotts) and several others while we were there. Wow! What a great evening in Scottsburg!
