How do you 4-H in the suburbs?
4-H community clubs, like this one, are all about making friends, learning new things, working on projects, and creating leadership opportunities. This can happen in the suburbs, cities, rural areas, everywhere!
The Creekside Otters will start by learning about the birds of the Minnesota River Valley, the importance of water, orienteering, monarchs, and more! Kids in the club will have the opportunity to lead in a variety of ways and choose what subjects we dive into next! Older kids will even have the opportunity to work on 4-H projects that can be entered in the County or State Fair!
The sky’s the limit! 4-H offers learning experiences in science, photography, agriculture, healthy living, civic engagement and much more. There are one-day events, year-long projects and everything in between. There are many ways to 4-H.
