It's Back!

The Goosechase Scavenger Hunt Fundraiser—a fun way to explore Bloomingdale while supporting two great causes! The Bloomingdale Parks Foundation and Bloomingdale Chamber of Commerce are teaming up to raise funds for local scholarship programs.

You get to compete with your friends and neighbors in a fun online interactive game. Using the Goosechase app, participants will answer trivia, visit local businesses, and snap fun photos.

This two-week summer event invites individuals or teams to complete interactive challenges across the community.

Thank You To Relay For Life Bags Foundation

We are incredibly grateful to have received $5,400 from the Relay For Life Bags Tournament in support of the Bloomingdale Parks Foundation scholarship program.

This marks our third year participating in this wonderful event, and we are truly thankful for the continued generosity and support. A special thank you to the dedicated team who organizes the tournament each year—your hard work makes a meaningful impact in our community. The Relay For Life Bags Tournament donated to 19 different charities this year with more than $124,500 totally raised!

We also appreciate everyone who took part in the Battle of the Parks night at the start of the tournament, including our Bloomingdale Park District Board Commissioners, Foundation members, and staff. Your involvement and support help make this event so special.

🎉 Goosechase Scavenger Hunt Wrap-Up & Winners Announced! 🏁

Thank you to everyone who participated in our first-ever Goosechase Scavenger Hunt! Bonus points have been tallied, and we’re excited to announce the top teams and share that $640 in gift cards is being awarded to the top four! This online interactive scavenger hunt was a fun way to enjoy Bloomingdale this summer!!

🐾 Paws for a Cause! 🐶
Thank you to everyone who joined us this past Saturday for the Pooch Parade in support of the Bloomingdale Parks Foundation Scholarship Program! We had 19 proud pups and their wonderful owners parade through the park with wagging tails and lots of smiles. 💙

Special thanks to our generous sponsors, Wolfden Brewing and Pan American Bank & Trust , for helping make this tail-wagging event a success! 🐕🐾

The Bloomingdale Parks Foundation is the recipient of a generous $4,000 donation towards its scholarship program given by the Relay For Life Bags Tournament Committee. The committee’s hard work has helped so many in our local communities. Thank you to everyone involved for your commitment towards helping others!

🎉🏆 Bags Tournament Fun & Fundraising! 🏆🎉

A fantastic time was had by all at the Relay for Life Bags Tournament Fundraiser, featuring a Park District Themed Night with the Bloomingdale Park District and the Carol Stream Park District. Even, BPD Mascot Parker was a part of the festivities! Many BPD board members and staff joined in, making it a night of camaraderie and fundraising!

Last year, the Bloomingdale Park Foundation received a generous donation from the tournament, and we’re thrilled to share in the support of the tournament this year. Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to this wonderful fundraising event.
