Whether you’re attending, exhibiting, or speaking at NE/SAE's 2026 Annual Meeting, a little strategy goes a long way. As we prepare to gather later this week, here are five ways to show up intentionally and leave with more value:

1. 🎯 Come with one goal (not ten).
Ask yourself: What’s one outcome I want from this event? A new connection? A fresh idea? A partnership? Clarity on a challenge? Focus creates momentum.

2. 📱 Build your experience before you arrive.
Check your email and download our conference mobile app to review the agenda. Identify 2–3 sessions, conversations, or experiences you don’t want to miss. Great conferences aren’t consumed. They’re curated.

3. 🤝 Make networking part of your schedule.
Instead of hoping you’ll meet people “if there’s time,” build intentional connection moments into your day. Introduce yourself in hallways, sit with someone new at lunch, and spend time in the exhibit area beyond a quick walk-through.

4. ✨ Leave space for unexpected value.
Great ideas come from sessions, but some of the best connections and insights happen through conversations, curiosity, and unexpected moments.

5. 📝 Capture and act within 72 hours.
Take notes, review the Snapsight platform following the sessions, and identify one action you’ll implement after returning. Conferences create energy. Action creates impact.

We can’t wait to welcome everyone and make this year’s meeting one that creates ideas, relationships, and real momentum!
