HOUSE #3 is 99.999999% finished!

We are just waiting on countertops!

We also had Tim pick the wall colors. I’m not sure why he chose the pattern he did. (Yes it’s AI slop, chill lol)

Here's what our house church gathering looks like (birthday celebration before our study of RevCh21)!

With that said..... we have one week of Revelation remaining! What a trip.

HOUSE #3 is coming along nicely. Immediately following siding we will start on the sheetrock!

This house (and the one next door) share a backyard with the first two houses we remodeled.

FOR SALE!!!!! 🏷️

The first two houses are are official and ready to go!

Honestly, there is nothing special about these two houses specifically. They are super nice… But it’s just another nice house. What makes these two special are the local contractors and suppliers who spent their blood sweat and tears to make this happen. When I say this would not have happened without them, I mean it.

The houses lived in purgatory. They were too far gone and too expensive for an investor to step in to take the risk.. but, because of the Stoddard county group effort, Bloomfield has 2 (basically) brand new homes (with 4-5 more on the way) ready to loved by the next owner.

Thank you, everyone.
