Free Herd Registration - Rules & Submission Process April 1, 2026 - June 30, 2026
Good Evening,
We are pleased to announce that the rules for our Free Herd Registration Program (minimum of 15 horses) are now available. Please find the full details attached. At this time, these rules will not be published on our website; however, we are happy to provide a PDF copy upon request.
Once you begin preparing your submissions, we will provide you with the required Excel spreadsheet by email to ensure all necessary information is completed accurately.
For this promotional program, please direct all inquiries to [email protected]. Kindly do not contact the registrar or use the general GHRA email for questions related to this program.

If you have already reached out with questions, we appreciate your patience as we work to respond as promptly as possible, prior to the rollout. Please note that our team is currently attending the Ohio Equine Affaire, which may cause slight delays in response time. We appreciate your understanding and hope the attached materials address most of your questions. We do understand that there might be some extenuating circumstances that will need to be handled over the phone. Please reach out to us by the provided email. We will be as timely as possible to assist you with this registration process, and make further contact if necessary.
Important Reminder:
This program is being handled exclusively by an alternate process; therefore, again do not send inquiries to the general GHRA email or to our registrar, Brenda Hearon, as she is not managing this program. Also, these submissions will be processed once our database goes live in May 2026. Please read the official document for details.
