Ash is approximately only 14 months and has already had a rough life. We believe he may have some issues going on with his ears and we would like to get him vetted to make sure he is not partially deaf or if he just needs medication to help with a possible infection. He will be vetted through Lindsay Animal Hospital. It will be approximately $140 for the visit, ear examination and vaccines/medication. Late post, but worth the read!

Are you 👀 looking 👀 for your furrever friend?
Well, look no further.
We have several babies that are needing to find their happy ever after!
🧚‍♀️ fairytales do exist, so long as you believe. Which is why we believed in every single one of these babies. ❤️

Pictures 1 & 2: (Black and White)
No name yet. Been at the shelter for a week. On the smaller side. Female.

Pictures: 3 & 4: (White and Tan)
Male great Pyr, about 2 years old, on stray hold until Friday.

Pictures 5, 6 & 7: (White w/ tan ears)
Mae, Female, 2, lab mix, super sweet and gentle, loves kids and cuddles.

Pictures: 8 & 9: (Gray and White)
Chaos, 18-24 months. Male. Will husky if given the chance( escape) but good boy, sweet with everyone, no small dogs.

Pictures 10 & 11: (Brindle and White)
Jack, Male, around 3, very food driven and energetic. Super handsome smile.

Pictures 12 - 15: (Black and White Siblings)
Derp, black/white male, 5-6 months old, possibly Great Dane/ Pyrenees mix, he’s a giant. Pickle is his sister. Both big long legged, doofuses!

Pictures 16, 17 & 18: (Brown and Black)
Handsome Hank. Male. Shelter since mid May. Amazing dog, loves people, wants to play with other dogs but a bit rough at times. Energetic, loves toys and water.

All of these babies deserve the chance at love and happiness!

It’s been a few little bit since we’ve posted anything! 🥴
Sweet Paws has been working hard on ensuring as many 🐶 animals 🐱 get the care and love they deserve. 🖤❤️😘
We’ve been 🏃‍♂️ running 🏃‍♀️ into some issues regarding facebooks 💰 donation 💰 tool and have really appreciated alll of your patience in the meantime.
Hopefully soon we can be up and running in full force!

4 dogs were selected for Fetch Fido a flight and they’re heading to Oregon! We need to raise funds to get them vetted though. All 4 are are amazing babies, the oldest is just 6 months. Two were surrendered and two dumped. If y’all could donate, please do! You can pay Lindsay Animal Hospital directly. Just tell them it’s for Blanchard’s Fido pups!

We will never understand….. Oklahoma, we HAVE to do better…

This morning we received an urgent call of a dog, dumped with his “belongings” on an oil rig site, and we were told had an injured leg.

I was 100% NOT prepared for what i was pulling up on. This big, beautiful, cherry-eyed boy looking at me from a spot on the dirt, totally given up. I said “Hi sweet boy. Do you want to get the hell out of here?”
I showed him my leash and he stood right up, dangling a mangled foot, but very happy to see a leash.
I lifted him through the fence, and into my car, without really assessing the big hot mess I’d just picked up.

I drove very quickly down the road to our shelter, and when I realized the extent of the “hurt leg” boy, my heart shattered.

SHOT. Shot MULTIPLE times.. a HUGE gaping wound on his rib cage, his arm was actively bleeding, completely swollen and lifeless, and he was seriously anemic. This sweet dog, while I was taking pics and assessing, just kissed me all over.. we do not deserve dogs..

While rushing him to the vet, We sprang into action reaching out to a breed specific program to accept him. Thank GOD for rescue partner, The Boxer Rescue of Oklahoma, for giving us an IMMEDIATE YES, and accepting to care for this big, broken, sweet as pie dog.

We wish we knew who did this to him. He didn’t deserve this…
But we DO KNOW, he absolutely is losing his leg, and his medical bill is already topping $700 dollars.

PLEASE consider donating to the incredible program, that without hesitation, helped us get this boy safe. All donations are tax deductible! ❤️ we will keep you updated on his progress.

She adores people, gives major hugs and kisses. She’s fabulous with other dogs, very energetic and playful. 😍
She’s such a great size, and really playful and happy. She would be a wonderful family pet. She’s VERY trainable. 💗

GUYS!!!! I LOVE THIS DOG!!!! She’s My personal fav, this little docked tail short stack - winnie. She’s very very very cute in person. She’s still young I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER. she is so stinking adorable. She FLOURISHES around kids. 🥰

She is shy but soooooooo sweet. She loves other dogs, and was just the cutest little sausage looking dog. Her tail wags 90000 miles an hour. She would THRIVE in a family home.

She was surrendered because her owner lost their home, and Winnie was sleeping with her under bridges. 😭 she’s such an amazing companion.

You won’t regret adopting this girl! If you’re looking for an amazing pet, this is one. 💗💗
