Some minor adjustments made to our ice forecast, overall the same theme. By ice, we are referring to to accrual of freezing rain on surfaces, not sleet. Worst icing will take place across the I-80 corridor. Travel on I-80 tonight into tomorrow will be dangerous. In addition, Southwest PA and Northeast PA also will see the worst of the ice. The ridge and valley sections will see moderate icing, along with the northern mountains before changing to snow. Near I-76 and I-78 can expect light icing, but travel may still be slippery Friday. Northwest PA will stay all snow, and Southeast PA will stay above freezing until the precipitation ends.

Some showers and storms will linger through around midnight or so with brief downpours possible, however the severe threat is diminishing as of 9 PM Wednesday. Otherwise, expect a mild, muggy, and mostly cloudy night across the region. Have a great night!
