Friendly reminder that tonight is our kickoff meeting for the Union County 4-H Modified Trap Team New Shooters Season! We hope to see some new faces here at the Civic Center from 6-7pm in the 4-H room!

Want to get involved in Union County 4-H's Modified Trap Team?
The fall season of our Modified Trap Team is designed for newer shooters to learn how we compete as Union County! ALL 6th-12th graders who are new to our program are welcome to attend the meeting- whether they attend UC Schools or if they are homeschooled!
Join us on October 6th from 6-7pm in the Civic Center to learn about shooting costs, the practice schedule. hunters safety requirements, fi***rm requirements and more! If you would like more information or will need accommodations, please contact the 4-H office at 706-439-6030.

We have had great interest in the Homeschool Club and we are so excited to announce this year's first meeting!

Meetings will be held monthly at the Towns County 4-H office (67 Lakeview Circle, Hiawassee GA 30546) from 1-3pm. Our first meeting will be on August 21, 2026.

Union County 4-H had a great time at State Congress last week and brought home a blue ribbon! 🍀🏆

We are so proud of our Senior 4-H’ers for their great performances at Georgia 4-H State Congress. These students earned their spots by winning at District Project Achievement (public speaking competition) and represented the Northeast in their respective categories!

Please join us in congratulating the following students:

Yesterday, Union County 4-H Members went to Lake Chatuge and picked up about 20 trash bags of garbage from the shoreline!
We are so proud of our students’ commitment to keeping our community clean!
