Backpack 2 School Bash

We're currently a drop-off site for bedding donations!

Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP) is a nonprofit that builds AND delivers twin beds and bunk beds to children who are sleeping in undesirable conditions. Each bed they gift comes with a mattress, sheets, pillow, and blankets.

All donated bedding must be new and sized for children ages 3-17 years old.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of the Blairsville community, we're excited to help local students in need step into the school year with confidence – in a new pair of athletic shoes.

If your family could use a little extra help with back-to-school expenses, we invite you to join us for our upcoming shoe giveaway. New athletic shoes will be available for eligible school-aged children in Union County while supplies last.

Swing by the Union County Family Connection Office (formerly the 3rd grade building) to pick up a free pair of athletic shoes for your student — available while supplies last!
