Blairstown Fire Dept did a controlled house burn today over in Luzerne. Assisted by Luzerne Fire Department, Belle Plaine Fire Department, and Blairstown Ambulance A66. We were able to do a little training inside for all our newer members and our Jr. firefighters. Thank you Pierce family for allowing us to do this, it was a great time.

Today on International Firefighters’ Day, we want to give a heartfelt thank you to the Blairstown Fire Department and all surrounding departments that serve the Benton County community.

As a volunteer department, these individuals give their time selflessly to protect and serve others. They are always ready to drop everything when a call comes in—no matter the time or circumstances—putting their own lives at risk to keep our community safe.

We are grateful for your dedication, courage, and commitment. Thank you for all that you do.
