Yesterday Sydney Donner and Cutter Smith competed at The Buckle Livestock judging contest in Woodward!

Today was a busy day for our members! Our livestock judging team judged at the Redlands judging contest and our shooting sports team shot at the southern regional trap shoot! We are continually proud of their hard work they put into the contests they compete at!

Cutter Smith showed his light cross barrow
Madison Mitchell showed her dark cross
Both days we came up short of making the hill but all of our Blair FFA and 4-H members worked hard this show season!

Caelyn Campbell showed her Spot barrow
Sydney Donner showed her York barrow
All of these girls had competitive classes and today we came up short!

OYE week 2
Day one
Sydney Donner showed her pork derby pig in the pork derby show. There were multiple aspects of this show that included record keeping, average daily gain, carcass scan, a knowledge test, showmanship, and then the actual show! Sydney placed in the top ten of the test and received a banner.
Cutter Smith showed in the pure Hamp show and placed 11th in his class!
Sydney showed in pure York show and placed 11th in her class!

Mr. Mitchell has been an ag teacher for a long time, even teaching at Mangum for a number of years!
