Just an announcement to make it clear to people who may not be aware: the phone number for Dan Spriggle for camping is only for Sherman's Valley Heritage Days. Just a reminder that our next Heritage Days meeting will be held this Wednesday, April 8, at 7 PM at the Blain Senior Center. All are welcome to attend. We also now have our raffle tickets for our Henry .22 carbine. There are 200 tickets to be sold at $10 each. Tickets will be available at the meeting. You may also mail a check for tickets made payable to Sherman's Valley Heritage Days, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope, to our address at P.O. Box 115 Blain, PA 17006.

Happy National FFA Week! Check out this FFA Calendar from 50 years ago celebrating Patriotism on Parade. Oliver Corporation and many of its dealers were big supporters of FFA. On Saturday, July 4, 2026, the town of Landisburg is having a special 250th anniversary parade for the founding of the United States starting at 10 AM. Heritage Days is thinking about having a float built to participate in the parade. We are wondering what people's thoughts were on that idea, if anyone has any ideas of what to have on the float, and if anyone would be interested in helping with it if we do decide to have a float.
