The VFCA Federal Military Section would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the Williamsburg Fire Department for graciously hosting the 2025 FEDMIL Summit at your station. A special thank you to Fire Chief Snyder for the personal tour and showcase of your beautiful facility.

We would also like to thank Battalion Chief Randy Fentner for sharing his valuable knowledge and experience on both Navigating OWCP and They Don’t Teach This in Officer Class.

In addition, our appreciation goes to Fire Chief Allen Baldwin for his insightful discussion on Summer of ’63 Leadership.

It was another outstanding day spent with an exceptional group of Federal Military Fire Department members from across the state — coming together in the spirit of Leadership, Education, and Advocacy.

Until next time!

The date is getting closer don’t forget to registered for the summit!
