Phi Sigma Pi - Virginia Tech The Alpha Rho Chapter of Phi Sigma Pi National Gender Inclusive Honor Fraternity: defining the college experience for Virginia Tech students since 1991.

Phi Sigma Pi is a Gender-Inclusive National Honor Fraternity established in 1916. We are founded upon a tripod of Scholarship, Leadership, and Fellowship. We are a diverse group of Brothers that accept members from all majors and areas of study. The only requirement to rush is a minimum 3.0 GPA with at least twelve credit hours. The Alpha Rho Chapter of Phi Sigma Pi was founded at Virginia Tech on

November 3, 1991. Over the last two decades, the organization has played a central role in the collegiate experience of nearly 1,000 Virginia Tech students. The chapter participates in a wide variety of activities including: semi-formals, volunteering at a local elementary School, volunteering at a local assisted living home, study groups, Salsa dancing nights, roadtrips, intramural sports, hosting a 5K in the Fall, Relay for Life, service projects for HOBY (Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Foundation), and much, much more.
