Today is World MS Day. 🧡

For us, this day is about more than raising awareness.

It’s about the people who inspire every mile we ride. The individuals and families navigating life with multiple sclerosis. The stories we’re trusted to hear. The connections we make along the way.

MS is different for everyone, but one thing remains true: no one should have to face it alone.

Every year, our riders cross the country carrying that mission with them; starting conversations, building community, and raising support for people living with MS.

Today, we’re reflecting on why we ride and who we ride for.

To everyone living with MS: we see you, we support you, and we’re honored to ride in your corner. 🧡🚲

Whether you’re training for your first long-distance ride or preparing for a cross-country journey with Bike the US for MS, hopefully this helps make the road a little smoother!

Which one did YOU learn the hard way? đź‘€

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms in our Bike the US for MS community 🧡

To the mothers living with MS, the moms who have pedaled across the country with us, the mothers cheering riders on from home, and the women who support, encourage, and care for our community every day — today we celebrate you.

Your strength moves us forward. 🚲🌻

You don’t need to be an elite cyclist to train for a cross-country ride, but you do need a plan.

Training for something like this is less about intensity and more about consistency, patience, and learning how your body responds over time. Most people build up to it slowly: a few rides a week, one longer ride, and steady practice with fueling, rest, and recovery.

The truth is, nobody starts “ready.” You get ready through repetition.

If biking across the country has ever felt out of reach, it’s usually not about ability, it’s about not knowing what the path to getting there actually looks like.

Save this for when you start training 🚴‍♂️🧡
