Cameroun Occupation Forces Murder Civilians at a Business Center, then, shamelessly search their pockets, wallets and steal from the corpses!

Nfoya, Mezam State, Northern Ambazonia | December 6, 2025

On December 6, 2025, Cameroon Occupation Forces stormed a small business premises in Nfoya, where civilians were peacefully gathered to buy food and drinks. Part of the incident was captured on camera. Two civilians standing by a stove frying eggs were suddenly shot and fell instantly. Nearby, a 70-year-old man drinking a sachet of whisky was executed at close range. Two additional customers, including one who had merely stopped to buy ci******es, were also gunned down. All victims were unarmed and posed no threat.

Violation of International Humanitarian Law (IHL)

The massacre in Nfoya constitutes a clear violation of the Geneva Conventions and Additional Protocol II, which strictly prohibit violence against civilians and the targeting of non-combatants during armed conflict. The deliberate killing of unarmed individuals violates:

- Common Article 3 of the Geneva Conventions, prohibiting murder, cruel treatment, and violence against civilians.

- Additional Protocol II (1977), protecting civilians from being the object of attack in non-international armed conflicts.

- Article 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, which defines intentionally directing attacks against civilians as a war crime.

War Crime Determination

This attack meets the threshold of a war crime due to:
- Intentional killing of civilians with no military necessity.
- Indiscriminate and disproportionate use of lethal force.
- Ex*****on-style shootings of people engaged in peaceful, everyday activities.
- A continued pattern of Cameroon Occupation Forces terrorizing Ambazonian civilians.

Looting of Corpses

After murdering the victims, Cameroon Occupation Forces proceeded to search the bodies, stealing money and personal belongings from their pockets. Looting of the dead is itself a violation of International Humanitarian Law and further demonstrates the criminality and moral depravity of the perpetrators.

Impact on the Civilian Population

The Nfoya massacre has intensified fear, trauma, and insecurity across Donga-Mantung State. It represents another escalation in the systematic targeting of Ambazonian civilians and underscores the urgent need for international documentation, accountability, and justice.

Paul Biya Kills 12 and Injures 15 in Nkwen, Bamenda.

Nkwen, Bamenda – Mezam State, Ambazonia | December 3, 2025

On December 3, 2025, Cameroon Occupation Forces carried out a brutal and indiscriminate attack on civilians in Nkwen, Bamenda, resulting in the deaths of more than 12 people and injuries to over 15 others. Eyewitness reports confirm that soldiers opened fire without distinction, targeting unarmed residents going about their daily activities. This deliberate assault on a civilian population is one of the deadliest incidents recorded in Mezam State in recent months.

The attack violates the Geneva Conventions, including Common Article 3 and Additional Protocol II, which prohibit violence against civilians and the targeting of non-combatants. It also meets the definition of a war crime under Article 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, which forbids intentionally directing attacks against civilians.

The Nkwen massacre demonstrates a clear pattern of Cameroon Occupation Forces using terror and indiscriminate force to control Ambazonian communities. The incident has deepened fear and trauma across Bamenda and highlights the urgent need for international monitoring, accountability mechanisms, and justice for the victims.

Beaten to death!

Ambo, Momo State, Ambazonia – December 2, 2025

On December 2, 2025, Cameroun Occupation Forces stormed the village of Ambo in Momo State and abducted Ni John, a well-known civilian in the community. He was forcibly taken, tortured, and compelled to lead soldiers to an alleged Ambazonian self-defense camp. Despite clearly stating that he was not a fighter and had no knowledge of any such camp, he was subjected to prolonged beatings and torture. He later succumbed to the injuries inflicted by these forces, resulting in his death.

Violation of International Humanitarian Law (IHL)

The abduction, torture, and killing of Ni John constitute multiple breaches of IHL, including:

Common Article 3 of the Geneva Conventions, which prohibits violence to life and person, cruel treatment, torture, and murder of civilians and persons not taking part in hostilities.

Article 7 and Article 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, which classify torture unlawful deprivation of liberty, and extrajudicial killing as war crimes and crimes against humanity when committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack against a civilian population.

UN Convention Against Torture (UNCAT), prohibiting torture under all circumstances, with no exceptions.

War Crime Determination

The killing of Ni John meets the threshold of a war crime on the following grounds:

He was a protected civilian, not a combatant.

He was abducted, tortured, and killed intentionally by state forces.

His death resulted directly from acts of torture, which are absolutely prohibited under international law.

The act forms part of a continuing pattern of targeted violence and intimidation against Ambazonian civilians.

Impact on the Civilian Population

This incident has intensified fear and insecurity in Ambo and surrounding communities. The brutal killing of Ni John sends a message aimed at intimidating civilians, suppressing dissent, and forcing control through terror—further contributing to the widespread trauma inflicted upon the Ambazonian population under occupation.

Summary of Incident

According to Star TV Bamenda, Cameroun Occupation Forces forcibly entered a family residence in Bamenda and targeted a University of Buea student who was home on vacation and scheduled to graduate in December 2025.

Armed forces stormed his room, dragged him outside, subjected him to a “snake beating” (severe and repeated corporal assault), and then shot him ex*****on-style, described as “ISIS-style,” at close range.

The student's mother reportedly attempted to intervene but was violently pushed back and forced to watch the killing. The act was deliberate, close-range, and without any legal process — constituting an extrajudicial ex*****on.

Relevant International Law Violated

1. Right to Life
Article 6, International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR)
– Prohibits arbitrary deprivation of life.
– Ex*****on without trial is a grave breach.

2. Prohibition of Torture and Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment

4. Extrajudicial, Summary or Arbitrary Ex*****ons

Dictator Biya's Occupation Forces in Ambazonia Abduct Nursing Mother on Mbingo Hospital Bed.

November 21, 2025, in Jakiri Tan, Bui State, Northern Ambazonia.

The abduction of Rhoda Mfikela, a 34-year-old farmer and mother of three from Jakiri Tan, Bui State, has shocked Ambazonians worldwide. After being injured in crossfire and admitted to Mbingo Hospital, Cameroon occupation forces stormed the facility and forcibly removed her from her hospital bed. This act is a clear violation of medical neutrality under the Geneva Conventions, which protects hospitals, patients, and healthcare workers during armed conflict. By targeting a vulnerable woman receiving medical care, Cameroon’s forces have once again shown their disregard for international humanitarian law.

Rhoda’s abduction also meets the definition of a war crime under Article 8 of the Rome Statute, involving unlawful confinement, denial of treatment, and deliberate harm to a protected civilian. Beyond the personal tragedy for her three children, the incident reflects a wider pattern of intimidation and abuse faced by Ambazonian civilians—especially women—under military occupation. Her case symbolizes the ongoing erosion of human rights, the deepening humanitarian crisis, and the collective trauma imposed on communities fighting for dignity, safety, and self-determination.

On this day, 64 years ago, in 1961, the Republic of Cameroun marched an army of occupation into the sovereign territory of Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia)—a land that had freely voted for independence and equal partnership, not annexation or subjugation. What followed was decades of colonial domination, failed attempts at cultural erasure, systemic killings, and economic plunder—a tragedy that continues today.

Yet, Ambazonians remain resilient, unbowed, and hopeful, standing firm on the truth that freedom is not a favor—it is a right. Today, we honor the bravery of our ancestors, the sacrifice of our martyrs, and the unyielding spirit of our people in the face of oppression.

Long live Ambazonia! HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY AMBAZONIA.

Freedom is coming. Justice is inevitable...

Three unarmed civilians Bod!es Discovered In Mankon abducted by Cameroon occupation forces.

September 29, 2025, in Mankon, Bamenda, Mezam State of Northern Ambazonia: three unidentified civilian bod!es were discovered at Mile 6. The incident followed intense gunfire between Cameroon occupation forces and local resistance groups on Monday night. Residents awoke to the shocking sight of the victims, whose identities remain unknown but are believed to be non-combatants caught in the crossfire.

Targeting Of Civilians As A War Crime

Under international humanitarian law, deliberately k"!ll!"ng or endangering civilians is classified as a war crime. The discovery of these bodies raises grave concerns that Cameroon occupation forces may have carried out extrajudicial ex*****ons or used disproportionate force in populated civilian areas. Such acts violate the Geneva Conventions, which explicitly protect non-combatants in times of conflict.

Violation Of International Law And Human Rights

The presence and actions of Cameroon’s forces in Ambazonia have long been criticized as an unlawful occupation. International law prohibits collective punishment, extrajudicial k"!ll!"ngs, and arbitrary violence against civilian populations. In this case, the unidentified victims represent a broader pattern of human rights abuses where civilians are routinely targeted, harassed, or k!"lle"d without due process, undermining their fundamental right to life.

Impact On Local Communities

The k!"ll!"ngs in Mile 6 Mankon have instilled fear and trauma among residents who already live under the shadow of militarization. Communities face ongoing insecurity, restricted movement, and economic hardship as a result of frequent clashes and the heavy-handed tactics of occupation forces. Such conditions amount to psychological warfare against civilians, deepening their suffering and displacing many from their ancestral lands.

Call For Accountability And Justice

Human rights organizations and international bodies are urged to investigate these k!"ll!"ngs and hold those responsible accountable. The repeated targeting of civilians in Ambazonia by Cameroon’s occupation forces not only violates international conventions but also undermines prospects for peace and reconciliation. Justice for the victims at Mile 6 Mankon is essential to restoring human dignity and upholding International norms against war crimes.

K!ll!ng Of Civilians In Donga Mantung by Cameroon occupation forces.

September 29, 2025, Donga Mantung State in Northern Ambazonia: it's confirmed that Cameroon’s occupation forces, specifically the elite Battalion d’Intervention Rapide (BIR), k!lle"d two unarmed Ambazonian civilians. Witnesses indicate that the victims were ordinary residents going about their daily activities when Cameroon occupation soldiers targeted them without provocation. This incident adds to the long list of ext"rajudic"ial k"!ll!n"gs carried out under Cameroon’s military occupation of Ambazonia.

Burning Of Civilian Property

In addition to the k!"ll"!ngs, Cameroon forces set fire to the victims’ motorcycles. The destruction of property, particularly when it serves as the main source of livelihood and transportation in rural Ambazonian communities, amounts to collective punishment. Such actions are deliberately designed to instill fear among the civilian population and suppress their daily lives. These acts not only strip communities of their means of survival but also deepen the humanitarian crisis in the region.

Violation Of International Humanitarian Law

International Humanitarian Law, including the Geneva Conventions, strictly prohibits the targeting of civilians during armed conflicts. The deliberate killing of unarmed persons who pose no threat constitutes a war crime under international statutes. Furthermore, the burning of property not linked to military objectives is explicitly outlawed as wanton destruction. By carrying out such acts, Cameroon’s occupation forces have blatantly disregarded the principles of distinction and proportionality that are central to the laws of war.

Breach Of Human Rights Norms

Beyond the framework of war crimes, these actions also represent gross violations of fundamental human rights. The right to life, enshrined in Article 3 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, has been directly violated. Similarly, the right to own property and be protected against arbitrary destruction has been ignored. Cameroon’s consistent disregard for these international human rights obligations highlights systemic impunity within its military apparatus.

Crimes Against The Ambazonian People

The k!"ll!"ngs and property destruction in Donga Mantung are not isolated incidents but part of a wider campaign of terror against Ambazonian civilians. By treating entire communities as enemy combatants, Cameroon forces commit crimes that fall under the scope of war crimes and crimes against humanity. The International Community has a legal and moral responsibility to investigate, hold perpetrators accountable, and ensure justice for the Ambazonian people who continue to suffer under unlawful occupation.

Abduction And R"ap"e In Bamenda By Cameroon Occupation Forces

September 29, 2025, at Mile 4 Nkwen Bamenda, Northern Ambazonia: a young woman was forcefully abducted and se$u@lly assaulted by Cameroon occupation forces. The victim’s brother, who requested anonymity, shared testimony and medical records confirming the attack. This incident underscores the grave abuses committed against civilians under military occupation.

Arrest And Assault At Gunpoint

The victim was stopped while riding a bike near Mile 4 junction at approximately 5:30 pm. A white Toyota vehicle intercepted her path, and armed men in BIR (Cameroon’s Rapid Intervention Battalion) uniforms confiscated her identification. Along with other civilians, she was forced into the vehicle at gunpoint and transported to a secluded site where their money was seized. While most detainees were eventually released, the young woman was held back.

Se$u@l Violence In Detention

A man described as the “boss” took her into a room of an occupied residence, where he ra"p"ed her at gunpoint. When she pleaded for mercy, she was threatened with a firearm. The attack occurred while his colleagues were reportedly take away “hunting for others.” The survivor was released about 45 minutes later, returning to her family in tears. She was immediately taken to a hospital, where medical examinations confirmed lacerations consistent with sexual assault.

Violation Of Human Rights And International Law

This incident constitutes a grave violation of International Humanitarian Law. S$x"u@l" violence by Cameroon armed forces against civilians is recognized as a war crime under the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. It also breaches the Geneva Conventions, which strictly prohibit inhumane treatment of civilians in conflict zones. Furthermore, it violates fundamental human rights, including the right to dignity, bodily integrity, and security of person.

Calls For Justice In Ambazonia

The victim’s family has demanded justice and protection for their daughter, citing both the physical trauma and the long-lasting psychological harm inflicted. While the specific camp of the perpetrators remains unconfirmed, evidence points to a Cameroon military base located at Magaji, near Mile 4 market. The attack highlights the vulnerability of Ambazonian civilians under occupation and reinforces calls for International accountability and intervention.

Cameroon occupation forces Extortion and Injustices against Ambazonia civilians an eye witnesses Testify by name AGBORT GILBERT EBOT.

I was On a routine trip to CRTV, I overheard two men in a taxi who appeared to be law enforcement agents. One recounted his past deployment to the Northwest, where he had earned over 8 million francs from extortion during arrests. He boasted of plans to return so he could finish building his house, openly describing how English speakers were intimidated into paying bribes for freedom. This account demonstrates how corruption has become institutionalized under Cameroon Occupation Forces in Ambazonia.

Crisis Turned Into a Business

The English-speaking crisis has been transformed into an industry of exploitation. Although International Laws require bail to be free and fair, in Ambazonia it is sold at exorbitant prices ranging from 25,000 to several million francs. This practice mirrors hostage-taking, stripping citizens of their rights and reducing justice to a marketplace. Such acts qualify as war crimes because they deliberately target a vulnerable population in a conflict zone.

Violation of International Laws and Human Rights

International Laws, particularly the Geneva Conventions, prohibit extortion, arbitrary detention, and exploitation of civilians in occupied territories. By labeling innocent civilians as “Amba boys” and demanding money for their release, Cameroon Occupation Forces are violating fundamental human rights. These actions amount to collective punishment, an internationally recognized war crime, and highlight the systemic abuse faced by the people of Ambazonia.

Silencing Through Fear and Oppression

The extortion system is not just about money; it is about control. Civilians are harassed, threatened, and deprived of dignity, fostering a climate of fear. According to International Human Rights Law, no population should be subjected to abuse, intimidation, or denial of legal protections. Yet, under Cameroon’s occupation, Ambazonians endure these daily realities, making peace seem further away.

The Urgent Call for Inclusive Dialogue

Violence cannot defeat an ideology. The only path forward is dialogue grounded in justice and inclusivity. Past attempts, such as the Grand National Dialogue, failed because they excluded key voices from Ambazonia and the diaspora. To end the violations and restore human rights, Cameroon must engage in genuine negotiations, embracing truth, reconciliation, and accountability. Only through inclusive dialogue can the cycle of war crimes and human rights abuses in Ambazonia finally end.
