We have such wonderful talent from our members in Blackfoot Piecemakers. Here are some of the quilts from the Eastern Idaho State Fair. I tried to get a picture of something that every member entered but please forgive me if I missed someone. 😊

We just wanted to thank all of you who supported the quilt raffle at the fair. We had a great week. The winner was Alan Brown from Soda Springs. He seemed to be very happy about the win. All the proceeds will go to the Village, the Veterans, Meals on wheels and victims of crime. Those of you that didn’t win, we hope you try again next year. It’s always for a good cause.

We had a great day today delivering the charity quilts to Victims of Crime (19) The Village 20 ( twin size for those aging out of Foster Care) plus 4 from SRVQC, 356 marble mazes and the Idaho Veteran’s Home in Pocatello , (7) + 5 from SRVQC ( Idaho Falls club) and 47 shirt covers.
They were very appreciative of all the beautiful quilts, marble mazes and shirt coverings that were donated. Thank you for all your hard work.

We donated to the police station, Victims of Crime. Our hope is that these quilts will brighten someone’s day and help them thru those hard things they are facing.
