Congrats to the amazing cast of the BRF school production of Frozen the Musical, you guys were amazing this weekend! Anyone who has a chance to catch the last performance today should line up early at the Lunda Theater! Tickets go on sale at 12:45 according to their post this morning.
Anyone in the community looking for more opportunities for acting check in next week for information about our company as we resume regular board meetings this upcoming month, we will also be having monthly meetings for the Youth Theater Company (details coming soon!!) We are really excited but wanted to let the school finish up their awesome show before we kicked things back off but it is time we get back to work!

Hey folks, we are looking to start doing improv comedy nights once a week just getting together have some fun. For right now it would just be practicing and testing the waters. A few questions for those interested
1 # would Monday nights or Tuesdays nights work best.
2 # does anyone have ideas for possible locations ? The Lunda theater is in use so possibly either a restaurant that wouldn't mind some light business or some other kind of meeting room. Room for 10-20 maybe?
3 # should we limit ages or try to have 2 separate groups?

We at Falls Players are ready to get back out there and do some theatre! I am so excited to see see you all again for this years Youth Theatre workshop. This year we are doing something a little different and having a short weekend day camp.

We will gathering outdoors at the Veterans Memorial Park (formerly The Deer Park) for 3 days of activity. The cost per child is $20 to cover costs for the shelter rental and supplies.

If you are interested in signing up, please contact AJ Glasspoole at: [email protected]. You will receive an information sheet that will need to be returned before the beginning of the camp.

Age range: 7 to 14, unless you talk to us about it first. It is a flexible age range and we would love it if some older kids would want to be helpers.

Since we are all isolated right now we thought it would be fun to try something new. We obviously can't all gather together to put on plays right now but we all have amazing personal stories to share. Each day we will put out a new theme for you to tell stories about.

They can be short or long, only share what you feel comfortable sharing, try to keep it pg or pg13 and stay respectful. We will do a daily themed post, in the comments tell us your stories❤❤ Invite your friends to join us by tagging them.

Let's use this time to learn about each other and help others feel not so isolated. ❤❤❤

The first week of daily themes are as follows

Wed 18th- How did you meet you significant other? Or your past significant other?

Thur 19th- Tell us about your fave vacation/trip you've went on.

Fri 20th- What was the first thing you remember wanting to be when you grew up?

Sat 21st- Share a scary memory.

Sun 22nd- Do you have siblings? Tell us a fun memory with them.

Mon 23rd- What is something you are proud of yourself for doing?

Tues 24th- What is your talent/skill... whether it's singing, wiggling your ears, mad skills at video games, building things, tell us all about it!

Do it for yourself... you work so hard and deal with so much. You deserve to have some fun, to have an audience out there clapping for you. You don't have to get up on our stage, just do something for yourself

I can't tell you enough how funny this show is. I absolutely love my cast. Only 2 more chances to see it. Sat at 7pm and Sun at 2pm🎃🎃🎃

Join us Nov 1st and 2nd and 3rd for an original farce that will have you rolling in the isles with laughter.
What happens when half the cast comes down with the flu? Why the show must go on of course!! Whether it's power hungry stage managers, coconuts instead of horses or main characters nowhere to be found what can go wrong will go wrong❤❤❤
Come enjoy the show at the Lunda Theater in Black River Falls. Tickets for this special show are only $5 for all ages. It's the perfect way to end this spooky season

Rehearsal tonight is cancelled due to the concert in the middle school. I'll see all your beautiful smiling faces tomorrow night at 630pm❤

Rehearsal for tonight has been cancelled about a quarter of the cast can't make due to illness, flat tires and previous engagements. We very rarely cancel practice so I apologize for the inconvenience. Our next rehearsal will be Mon at 630pm. Please pass it along and tag anyone in the cast
