We would like to begin to introduce our BRFHS Science Club leadership team! Let's begin with meeting Brad Wensel!

Today, we got to go over to Red Creek to do a bunch of different science related projects with the fifth graders! We did lots of different things like: Tin Foil Boats, Crime Scene, Earthquake Bridge Building, Escape Room and Chemistry Demos. We will be back in action in a few weeks with the fourth graders!!

T-shirts are ready for our members who are helping with our 5th Grade Science activities. They will be ready for pick up at our meeting on Tuesday. Thanks to Reflections on Water for printing these!

Our next member of our leadership team is Katie Sedelbauer. Katie is a junior this year at the high school. Some of the things that she’s involved in are: G42HS, recycling, activities for the younger kids and posters. One thing she really looks forward to doing this year is to make a difference in our school overall and she’s excited to work with the elementary kids too! One goal she has for the club is to improve our recycling.

Happy Empty Bowls friends! Tonight, we had a few people from our club selling water bottles. Empty Bowls are still happening until 7! Come fill your belly and grab a water bottle!

Our next member is MaKayla Lopez. MaKayla is a senior at the high school this year. I’m Science Club, she took lead on a hopeful science fair coming to the elementary schools and middle school this spring and she helps with the aluminum recycling project too. She is looking forward to our fourth and fifth grade days for G42HS because she enjoys doing science activities with the kids. A few goals that she has for the club this year are: to have more members than last year join, grow the recycling project that we are starting, and sell all of the aluminum water bottles that Mrs. Knodle bought.

Hello everyone! Over the next few weeks we’re slowly going to be introducing our leadership/officer team for this year. Our first member is Norah Kleinschmidt! Norah is a Junior at the high school. In science club, she is working on our aluminum recycling here at the high school. One thing she is looking forward to most is keeping our school safer and cleaner environment and one goal that she has is to keep our school clean!
