National Train Your Brain Day is all about working out those neural pathways—and our dancers are leading the way! 🧠✨ Watch as our ensemble dancers practice this fun BrainDance warm-up using cross-lateral moves, eye-tracking, and vestibular patterns to prep their brains and bodies for movement. Cycling through these natural patterns helps improve balance, focus, and coordination both on and off the dance floor!
