🙏 PRAYER FOCUS: GOSPEL GROWTH

The heart of Restore St. David’s has never been simply about restoring an old building.

We’re praying for what could happen inside it, through it and beyond it.
Pray for:
✝️ People to encounter Jesus
🙏 A growing culture of prayer
⛪ Churches to be strengthened
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Families and future generations
🌍 The gospel to reach far beyond these walls

Would you join us in praying for the future of St. David’s?
“To him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations…” — Ephesians 3:21

A restored building is beautiful.

But a restored building filled with worship, prayer, people and gospel ministry is something even greater.

That’s the heart behind Restore St. David’s.
🏛️ A building with history.
🙏 A future filled with prayer.
✝️ A place for gospel growth.

The building is the setting. The mission is the heart.

Why restore St. David’s?

Because we believe this place can serve a purpose far beyond its walls.

A place to worship.
A place to pray.
A place to welcome.
A place to disciple.
A place to gather churches.

A place from which the gospel can continue to go out.
The vision has always been bigger than a building.
Restore St. David’s, for God’s glory and gospel growth.

“Unless the LORD builds the house, those who build it labour in vain.”
— Psalm 127:1

This is more than a restoration project.

We want St. David’s to become a place where people encounter Jesus, where churches are strengthened, where communities are welcomed, and where the gospel continues to go out.

So we keep building, but ultimately, we trust God to build the house.
🙏 Pray with us.
🤍 Give as God leads.
🙌 Believe with us for what God can do.

🙏 PRAYER FOCUS: PROVISION

As we continue the journey of restoring St. David’s and wait for the renovations to begin again, we’re praying for God’s provision in every detail.

For the finances.
For the people.
For the decisions.
For the opportunities.
For the future.

Would you pray with us this week that God would provide everything needed to see this vision become reality?

We’re trusting the One who can do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine.
Restore St. David’s, for God’s glory and gospel growth. 🕊️

What a few weeks it has been! 🙌 We have an incredible fundraising update to share!

Over the past four weeks, we’ve seen £252,751 come together towards the restoration of St David’s, including £127,718 in gifts, £25,033 in Gift Aid, and a £100,000 matched fund pledge.

This is more than a number. It represents prayers, generosity, encouragement and people choosing to believe in what God can do through St David’s.

Thank you to everyone who has given, prayed, shared, encouraged, and stood with us. We’re incredibly grateful for your partnership. 🤍

There is still a journey ahead, but today we pause to celebrate what God has already provided and to say thank you.

Please continue to pray with us for the restoration, for the resources needed, and for the future ministry that will take place within these walls.

Every gift matters. Every prayer matters. Every act of generosity is part of the story.

Thank you for helping us build towards a gospel-preaching, disciple-making and mission-sending hub in the heart of Bathgate.

Sometimes it’s important to stop and look back.

From where St David’s was to where it is today, we can see just how much has already happened.

Renovation works began in November 2025, and more than £1 million has already been raised towards the purchase and restoration.

There is still a long way to go, but every step reminds us that this vision is possible.
Thank you to everyone who has prayed, given, encouraged, and believed in this project.

We’re excited for what comes next. 🙏
