Connect Great Falls . Connect - ELS brings together emerging leaders from across our community to maximize their impact on the community we call home.

In our first year, we will focus on professional development, networking, philanthropy, and volunteerism. Our goal is to help emerging leaders be a major part of the voice of change and the feet of action in moving Cascade County forward. At year two, we will focus more on philanthropy through our work at United Way of Cascade County.
