Every animal deserves a safe place to heal, feel secure, and be loved. At Litlbit Ranch Sanctuary, we work every day to provide that second chance for exotic birds and reptiles who have been misunderstood, surrendered, displaced, or left without the specialized care they need. 🐦🦎🐢

We started this sanctuary because these animals matter. Each one deserves patience, safety, proper care, and a place to call home.

Litlbit Ranch Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and we are currently rebuilding and improving the spaces where the animals in our care live. We are rebuilding approximately 1,400 sq. ft. of our manufactured home, along with the full-length Arizona room.

Our current material needs include:

• 3/4” tongue-and-groove OSB subflooring
• Subfloor screws
• Subfloor adhesive
• Underlayment
• Waterproof flooring/LVP
• Insulation
• Drywall
• Framing and general construction materials
• Electrical materials and assistance with safe dedicated circuits
• Materials for enclosure and habitat improvements

Every item helps. A few sheets of subflooring, a box of screws, a tube of adhesive, a gift card, or donated professional services can bring us one step closer to creating safer, healthier spaces for the animals who depend on us.

The Litlbit Ranch family has two birthdays to celebrate today! 🎂🦜🐢💜

July 13 is both KimberlyAnn’s birthday and her daughter Jessica’s birthday. Instead of a large party, the family enjoyed a smaller and more meaningful celebration with Dad, Vanessa and Cydney, followedthe next day by a birthday adventure through Prescott and Flagstaff filled with bookstores, a few free birthday things, and some much-needed family time.

Please help us wish Jessica and KimberlyAnn a wonderful birthday! May the next trip around the sun be filled with love, laughter, happiness, new memories, and plenty of exciting adventures.

We owe everyone an update — and we are asking for help. 💜🐦🦎

We know Litlbit Ranch Sanctuary has been quieter than usual, and we want to explain why.

The past year has been extremely difficult behind the scenes. Our family has dealt with major loss, medical emergencies, home damage, construction issues, and the overwhelming reality that the sanctuary is based out of areas of the home that now need serious repair. We have still been caring for the animals every single day, even when posting, fundraising, and updates had to take a back seat.

Litlbit Ranch Sanctuary is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and our mission has not changed. We help provide care, safety, and stability for exotic birds, reptiles, and animals who need a place to land. Right now, our biggest challenge is rebuilding and repairing safe indoor areas so the animals have clean, secure, waterproof, and appropriate spaces.

We are asking our community for in-kind donations, materials, professional help, gift cards, or sponsor support.

Current needs include:

• Waterproof flooring or vinyl plank flooring
• Leftover flooring, discontinued flooring, damaged-box flooring, or returns
• Construction screws, fasteners, trim, underlayment, sealant, and basic building supplies
• Gift cards to Home Depot, Lowe’s, Tractor Supply, Ace Hardware, Walmart, Amazon, or local hardware stores
• Surveyor assistance
• Permit guidance or permit assistance
• Construction, handyman, flooring, framing, drywall, insulation, or repair help
• Materials for safe bird and reptile areas
• Storage bins, shelving, cleaning supplies, and animal-care supplies
• Any business willing to sponsor, donate, discount, or help us get this project moving forward

Even a small donation helps. A box of screws, a gift card, a leftover case of flooring, or one professional hour of guidance can make a real difference.

We can provide our 501(c)(3) nonprofit information for donation records, and we would be honored to publicly thank businesses, contractors, and community members who help support the sanctuary.

Thank you to everyone who has stayed with us, checked in, loved the animals, and understood that sometimes the quiet seasons are the hardest ones. We are still here. We are still caring for them. And we are trying to rebuild one step at a time. 💜
