Good morning scout families,
I was asked to post an opportunity for scout leaders and parents to get together to discuss any all topics relevant while gaining an opportunity to meet new people and explore new ideas and opportunities. I am conflicted on the best date and time for this. Some have mentioned a 7am breakfast meet up, some have said a 4pm afternoon coffee cafe, others have mentioned a noon hour event.
We are open to making these opportunities available but would like people to provide us some guidance on day of week, time, location, and any relevant special topic events you would like to see or is open discussion just best.
Please share your thoughts in the comments below. Please also let us know if this is something that you would attend or not. If you would attend what are your preferred responses to the questions.
If your interested in helping by arriving early, starting the discussion and kind of just being a host let us know as the district key 3 doesn’t necessarily want to be hosting it every month, quarterly as this was brought up by a scouter outside of the key 3 as an opportunity to improve scouter relationships.
