Everlight offers personalized, relationship-based care for children from newborn through age 21, meeting families in the comfort of their homes.

Cassy practices through a functional and integrative lens, focusing on root-cause healing, prevention, and whole-family wellness. Coffee with the Doulas is a free event open to the community to connect with local Doulas and resources for pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond. Regina Martin will be our guest speaker! Regina is a certified birth doula, certified lactation counselor, and professional birth and motherhood photographer based in western North Dakota. She has 13 years of experience and has attended more than 200 births.

Her doula training includes certification through both BEST and Doulaing The Doula, and she holds her Certified Lactation Counselor credential alongside her birth photography certifications through the International Association of Birth Photographers and Birth Becomes You. As a mom of four herself, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to every client she works with.

She is the only professional in her region offering this range of support across the full childbearing year—from pregnancy through postpartum—and has spent her career doing exactly that for families in western North Dakota.

Over the past 10 years of training, Coach Kayla T has found her passion in working with women- helping them move better, gain confidence and strength, and live more fulfilling and less frustrating lives. She loves to help moms of all ages and stages gain confidence to move and live better.

Coach Kayla believes exercise can be simple yet challenging, uplifting, and progressive in a way that is sustainable. Experience can shape a person and philosophy.

Her story of pregnancy loss, overcoming perfectionism, and becoming a mom strengthened her passion to empower women to do hard things, but start with the simple basics first. The journey isn’t a straight line, and she is here to be a friend on your fitness journey.
