The last 75 days of the year start October 18.

Many people see this stretch as a countdown to the holidays. But you can see it as an opportunity. Seventy-five days is enough time to build new habits, get support in place, and walk into the new year to***co free.

Join HEART Family Program Bismarck for an extra special session next week!

H.E.A.R.T. is holding an extra special session on Oct. 13 thanks to a grant from First International Bank & Trust! NDSU Extension will be holding a Real Colors personality test training to help participants understand themselves and their family members better.

Anyone with a family member or close friend with an addiction or in recovery is welcome to join us Oct. 13, 6-8 p.m. at 101 E Broadway Ave, Bismarck.
