Capital City Coin Club is saddened at the passing of Phyllis Schneider. Phyllis was the wife of longtime club member Larry Schneider, mother of member Mark Schneider, and grandmother of member Zach Schneider. The Schneider family owns and operates Bismarck Gold & Silver Exchange, a prominent member of the BisMan business community and the regional collecting community. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Schneider family. Information on funeral and/or memorial service is still forthcoming and will posted at a later date.
