🗳 If you're planning to vote by mail in North Dakota, make sure you're ready for the June 9th election. Here is what you need to do:

1️⃣Request it: Head over to https://www.sos.nd.gov/elections/voter/voting-north-dakota/how-do-i-vote/absentee-voting to fill out your online application, or contact your local county auditor.

2️⃣Complete & Return: Answer the questions, sign your application, and mail or hand-deliver it back to your county auditor.

3️⃣Track It: Keep tabs on your ballot deadline directly at https://vip.sos.nd.gov/AbsenteeTracker.aspx .

⏲ Important: The deadline to request your absentee ballot is by the close of polls on Election Day (June 9).

“The Supreme Court was correct to vacate the Eighth Circuit’s decision, which wrongly prevented Native voters and Tribal Nations from vindicating their rights under the Voting Rights Act. The North Dakota Primary Election is coming up on June 9, and it's time to make sure you're ready for the polls. Don't wait until last minute. Plan ahead so you can vote with confidence. Whether you prefer to vote early, by mail, or on Election Day, we've got you covered with the resources you need.

📍Find your polling place: Use the North Dakota Secretary of State's My Voting Information Portal to find your specific precinct and view a sample ballot.

📅Early & Absentee Voting:

- Early Voting: Check your County's early voting locations and hours for the week of June 1-8

North Dakota Native Vote is partnering with the MHA Nation to host a Free Tribal ID Drive for MHA Nation members. We will be covering the $10 fee for the first 35 participants!

📅When: May 6th | 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
📍Where: 3rd Floor, TERO/Energy Building
(305 4th Ave, New Town, ND)

Important Requirements:
- In-person updates ONLY
- Must be an enrolled MHA Nation member
- Bring proof of updated information (Address or Name Change)
