Sharon started attending Church on the Mountain in 1989, his heart for our neighbors in Mexico was contagious. COTM soon adopted the ministry as one of their own and began supporting the loving efforts of Cora and Ron. Over the years, many families have taken trips to Cerro Azul with Ron, children are sent gifts each Christmas, young people have their education sponsored and the ministry continues to spread to many more small communities as the Lord leads. The Ministry now has two full time missionaries, Frank and Deborah Verdin living in Cerro Azul Tecate Baja California. Serving as hands and feet for the ministry and for Father God. We have been able to assist with medical needs, transportation needs, clothing, food, building projects. We are blessed to spread the love of Jesus to two orphanages and one rehab center. We are interacting with needy families on a daily basis. We also do outreachs with a church at the Tijuana landfill. Our goal is to shine so brightly with the Love of Jesus that all who encounter us want what we have and we share His Love through action and prayer :).
