We are proud to share the impact of our recent partnership with Step Up Bisbee/Naco through two community grants supporting critical home repairs for local residents.

Premier Alliances awarded two $5,000 grants that, together with Step Up Bisbee/Naco’s efforts, helped address important repair needs and improve the living conditions of community members. These projects are a wonderful example of what can happen when local organizations work together to make a meaningful difference.

We are grateful to Step Up Bisbee/Naco for their dedication to serving our community and proud to continue expanding the ways Premier Alliances supports and strengthens Cochise County.

We're proud to once again sponsor the Thunderbolt Youth Triathlon's registration fees for youth with diagnosed disabilities!

At Premier Alliances, our mission is Improving the Lives of People with Disabilities, and we're honored to help make this incredible event more accessible for local families. We're especially grateful to see the Thunderbolt Youth Triathlon continue to provide young athletes with an opportunity to challenge themselves, build confidence, and have fun in a supportive environment.

If you know a young athlete who would enjoy participating, be sure to register! Youth with diagnosed disabilities whose needs can be fairly and reasonably accommodated can participate at no cost by using the coupon code BoltChampion during registration.

🏊‍♂️🚴🏃‍♀️Youth ages 5-17 can join us for the Thunderbolt Youth Triathlon on Saturday, Sept. 26, starting at The Cove! All participants will receive a t-shirt, challenge coin, and a race bag full of goodies. Youth can participate individually or as part of a relay team (swimmer, cyclist, or runner).

Race leg distances:
Ages 5-10: 50-yard swim, 3-mile bike, and .5-mile run.
Ages 11-17: 200-yard swim, 6-mile bike, and 1 mile run.

Cost is just $35 for an individual or $65 for a relay team. Youth with diagnosed disabilities which could be fairly and reasonably addressed with an accommodation can participate for free using the coupon code "BoltChampion" at registration.

July is Disability Pride Month — a time to celebrate the history, achievements, and contributions of people with disabilities. Established in 2015 in honor of the 25th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, this month recognizes the importance of accessibility, inclusion, and equal opportunity.

This year’s theme, The World Works Better With Us, reminds us that when everyone is included, respected, and given opportunities to contribute, our communities become stronger and better for everyone.

We can celebrate Disability Pride Month by listening to the voices of people with additional needs, promoting accessibility, and challenging barriers.

At Premier Alliances, our mission is Improving the Lives of People with Disabilities, and we are proud to create inclusive employment opportunities where people with additional needs can build skills, achieve goals, and be valued members of our community.

After nearly a decade of dedicated service, Premier Alliances extends our deepest gratitude to Joel Evans as he concludes his term on our Board of Directors.

Joel joined the Board in 2017 and served as Board President from 2020 to 2026. Throughout his tenure, he led with compassion, humility, and a genuine love for Premier Alliances and our mission. He believed in our employees, championed opportunities for individuals with additional needs, and always kept the people we serve at the center of every conversation.
