THE BISBEE HAUNTED FUNDRAISER IS
EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THIS YEAR ’S HAUNTED ART INSTALLATION FOR OUR HALLOWEEN FUNDRAISER

THERE WILL BE FOUR SPACES FOR AN ARTIST OR A GROUP TO CREATE A HAUNTED ART INSTALLATION FOR A WALK THROUGH HAUNT EVENT.

THE HAUNT IS ORIENTED TO ADULTS OVER 18 YEARS OLD SO SCARY AND GORY IS OK.

YES! WE WANT YOU TO GO THERE!

THE SPACE YOU WILL WORK WITH:
> APPROXIMATELY 12 BY 12 FEET
> MUST HAVE AN EASILY ACCESSIBLE ENTRY AND EXIT FOR SAFETY.
> POWER WILL BE PROVIDED.
> NO TOUCHING
> FIRE EXITS
> NO OPEN FLAME

CITY COUNCIL MEETS ON
TUESDAY 2/8/23

*Items #6 & #7 on City Council Agenda. Request for Right of Way permit
> ( #6) and Extension of Premises
> ( #7) by the Copper Queen Hotel for FATHER'S DAY DANCE on SATURDAY DURING PRIDE WEEKEND -not on Father's Day.

This event is in conflict with Bisbee Pride event and Street Dance which has been held on Howell Avenue traditionally. Bisbee Pride is celebrating its 19th year this year.

Copper Queen Hotel is scheduling this event in conflict with a community wide annual event that brings approximately 3000 people to community and increased revenue during a traditionally slow period in tourism and economy to Bisbee.

Father's Day is Sunday and Bisbee Pride purposefully does not schedule public street events on that day.

Please contact City Council with your public comments in OPPOSITION OF AGENDA ITEMS 6 AND 7 FOR THE FEBRUARY 6TH, 2023 MEETING.
