Who we are
Men Standing for Their Rights was created in February of 2016, after word of a Birmingham law enforcement officer committed su***de because of domestic related issue. The creator of MSTR was moved into action after hearing about the incident of the police officer and having gone through his own divorce and custody issue. He formed a team of men with similar issues and used their strength in numbers and knowledge to combat the system that’s so adversely against fathers in our judicial system. MSTR works to provide counseling/therapy to men dealing with family/custody matters. It strategizes from a legal perspective the most efficient avenues to incur an amicable custody or parenting time situation. We use trained adult & child therapist, seasoned family law attorneys and years of experienced father’s rights cases to get the father’s in our group some justice in family law. MSTR protects the bond between a father and his child.
