Thinking back, mentoring isn’t really new to me. In my early 20s, I volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters. I’ve always loved kids and outreach. It’s a blessing to see how it has come full circle. 💕

As we close out this first term of 2026, I can’t help but reflect on the goodness of God 🙌🏾. None of this would be possible without him. A vision, courage, & Facebook post got us here. We are creating bonds, building confidence, and changing lives one girl at a time. I’m thankful for my mentors, parents, mentees, and everyone who supports us. We are looking forward to our next term!

Most of our meetups are in group sessions, but we also offer “Mentor Moments.” Each girl gets a chance for one-on-one time with a mentor to talk about anything on her heart. We’re there to listen, support, and guide….we don’t have all the answers, but we want to make sure she feels seen, heard, and encouraged.

What sets RICH Girls apart is our faith. We believe God has a purpose and plan for every girl’s life, and true confidence starts with knowing who she is in Him. We focus on building them naturally and spiritually so they grow strong in character, confidence, and purpose.

It amazes me that some of the girls who started last July were so shy and barely spoke, and now they’re leading conversations, asking questions, and growing in confidence. That’s what this is all about, results.

We love what we do, but we especially love seeing the difference it’s making.
